Rick has worked extensively within the public and private sector, affording him a broad range of industry experience including: valuation, appraisal review, expert witness, property tax assessment, expropriation. Rick serves as Regional Director for AIC – Ontario, and is the past Chair of the Durham Appraisal Chapter.
Mr. Brabender has over 6 years experience in the appraisal industry, completing both residential and commercial appraisals. Mr. Brabender serves on the Durham Chapter committee. He is in the final stages of obtaining full-fledged AACI credentials from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Mr. Ryan has over 40 years experience in the appraisal industry. Mr. Ryan holds his Realtor licence with Re/Max Jazz, with over 40 years experience in real estate sales. He has served as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and is appointed as a Real Estate Services provider to the Municipality of Clarington. This broad depth of experience provides Liverpool Appraisal with valuable guidance and insight.
Mr. Lack has over 30 years of experience in the appraisal industry. His experience covers a broad range of commercial and residential property types. Mr. Lack has been an Expert Witness in Ontario Divisional Court. Mr. Lack has extensive Realtor experience, and has been involved with various development projects. This broad depth of experience provides Liverpool Appraisal with valuable guidance and insight.
